For the record,
Jogged for 2 rounds.
Walked to buy dinner but too lazy to take escalator to the 4th floor, so just bought bubble tea which is on the 1st floor.
Walked back.
Ran for 5 rounds.
In total, ran for approximately 6 rounds.

Went back home, told Janella abour'it, webcam-ed to show proof. I was dripping wet, and so was she. BUT, mine's entirely sweat and hers well, after a clean shower.
